Due to the customized nature of our Mystery Box, it may take some time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it You can leave a note or send us a private message about the color tone of the Mystery box you like, and we will help you pack it according to your needs.

Shipping time within the United States: Orders within the United States typically arrive within 2 weeks. However, orders placed during the holiday period may experience longer shipping times, up to 3 weeks.

Shipping time to other countries: We expect the order to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday periods, you may encounter longer transportation times, up to 3 weeks.

We offer free global shipping for all orders over $49. For orders below $49, we charge a uniform shipping fee of $9. Express shipping of $12.
